Why Is Physical Fitness Important - what is the meaning of physical fitness - physical fitness is one of the important ways of measuring the physical health of an individual. Physical fitness informs us how healthy a person is. Physical fitness affects a clients mental capacity, productivity at work, and stress management. Physical fitness is also important for the mere fact that a person feels better and looks better when they are physically fit.

  • Have a fitness goal : That is set a target where do you want your fitness levels to reach

  • Have a moderate diet plan. Dont make your diet too extreme

  • Set daily goals. Say 30 minutes of brisk walk every day Or 15 minutes of Yoga every morning. Seth the goal and adhere to it.

  • Work out 4 days a week. Indulge in muscle exercise as it helps in burning fat

  • Have lots of fiber in your diet

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Dont skip meals

  • Avoid unhealthy snack

  • Brush Your Teeth Following A Meal

  • Limit Your Time In Front Of The Television Set
