Cheese Promotion by Government

Now a days you'll find cheese in every or the other food product. This is an effort of Dairy Management a marketing creator of United States Department of Agriculture. Michael Moss a New York Times reporter has explained in his investigative report about the role of Dairy Management played in the promotion of cheese. Dairy Management works with restaurants to expand their menus with cheese-laden products.

Dairy Management annual budget approaches to $140 million, which is financed by a government. Dairy Management also receives several million dollars a year from the Agriculture Department excluding the government funds what it gets from them. Agriculture Department before raising funds to the Dairy Department first appoints some of its board members then they approves its marketing campaigns and major contracts and reports to the government about its work.
